The ImgShift website, design, branding, and original content are owned by ImgShift and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your image files remain your property. We make no claim to any images you convert using the Service.

6. Disclaimers

We are not responsible for any loss of data during the conversion process. We strongly recommend keeping a backup of your original files before converting.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgShift and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service is limited to zero dollars, as the Service is provided free of charge.

8. Advertising

ImgShift displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free Service. By using ImgShift, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed. These advertisements are served by Google and subject to Google's policies.
